Engraving is permanent and cannot be changed once completed. Please double-check all engraving details carefully before submitting or approving your custom bat order. Orders will be completed exactly as approved.

If the product you receive does not match the approved order on file, please email us a photo showing the engraving. We’ll review it against our records and if it’s our error, we’ll replace the item at no cost.

If the engraving was submitted with incorrect information or approved as shown, a replacement may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

If you need to make an update after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom products move into production quickly and once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Within the first few hours after placing your order, the easiest way to request a change is to reply directly to your order confirmation email with the details of your request. We’ll do our best to help before your order is in production!
